Designer @ Poetic
April 2019 - Current

Led design 3+  projects through end-to-end strategic design process

Communicate and collaborate directly with strategists, product managers, stakeholders, and developers to translate their visions and constraints into beautiful, functional products

Utilize low-fidelity, medium-fidelity, high-fidelity prototypes across different stages of the design process

Create documentation (e.g. user journeys, detailed annotated wireframes, etc) to facilitate conversations, build consensus, and help make decisions.

Analyze web-analytics and translate feature requests into multiple solutions and concrete approaches that balance user needs with business growth for websites that attracts over 45,000 unique monthly visitors, then collaboratively narrow ideas and establish requirements.

Junior Designer I & II @ Poetic
January 2018 - March 2019

Worked iteratively to design, refine, and validate solutions for various custom home builder websites

Collaborated directly with product manager and startup founder to gauge the usability of new and existing features and make suggestions for change. I provided strategic design solutions for a relationship building platform and collaborated with off-site team to implement new features. We launched a companion mobile app that was released to the Apple Store and Google Play.

Translated wireframes and mockups into responsive HTML/CSS components in Webflow. After handoff, I collaborated with the back-end development team to QA and prepare 60+ page website for launch. Our client won the 2018 Crystal Award from AMA HOU for most improved website.

Contributed to team develop. The design team advocated and secured a deeper role within the strategic discovery phases of a project. Because of the project constraints of the Rice Business Plan project, I proposed and secured a team InVision account

Adjusted quickly to a fast-paced, agile environment. I was promoted within the first 8 months.
