Website redesign for Bama Houston
Bama Houston is an alumni chapter of The University of Alabama. In 2019, I collaborated with an all-new board to launch a CMS-driven website to detail announcements, upcoming events, and signup members. The chapter tripled its paid members in the website's first year.

The former website was hard to navigate and was not responsive.
When the project started, I led 7 bi-monthly meetings to capture website chapter and committee needs then translate them into design solutions. I used Slides to document my recommendations and timeline updates. The website had to be easy to maintain and quickly converting visitors into newsletter subscribers and/or members. Since the initial launch, I have made quarterly updates to the site to add additional functionality to the site.
The Bama Houston homepage is constantly evolving, we utilize Webflow CMS to publish upcoming events, news, and other announcements.

The Get Involved page highlights small groups, volunteer opportunities, and social media pages that members can enegage with.
